Plan ahead using the recurring time rules

Whenever a certain time frame, within the day or the week, is to be applied to a discount, the recurring time rules can be applied.

Start by pressing the recurring time rule button:

This field will open up

with the daily discount period set to 0-24 and the day selected is Sunday. This equals a discount which is valid for the whole 24 hours of Sunday. The red color shows when the discount is not active. Modify the daily time period, and set a day schedule by changing the days. Add days by pressing the + sign by “Weekly”.

Example 1

Here, one day is selected, Sunday, and the daily discount period is set from 08:00 to 16:00. Note that the active discount period is shown in green on Sunday, but the period is also visible on the other days as bluish rays.

Example 2

Here, the discount period is Monday to Thursday, with the time period set from 9:00 to 12:00. Note that the green area by the center shows the days involved.

Here the discount lasts from 8:00 on Tuesday until 16:00 on Wednesday. The same discount also applies on Sunday between 10:00 and 14:00.

Example 4

Here the discount period is set Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. By using the detail time field, the discount is set to start at 10:00 on the first day and cease to be active on the last day at 15:30.
