Selectors

First steps in using the Selectors

Selectors are particularly useful when grouping together frequently used items. Start with pressing Selectors on the front page and select Create new selector. Build the list from the item/department list on the right and give the new Selector a name.

• Selectors can be referenced from within the discount builder instead of recreating the item collection each time it is needed in an offer combination.

• They may also be used to create item sets to simplify the construction of complex discounts.

The item set works the same way here as in the discount builder.

Using Selectors in the Item Sets

Open up the item set and press the Selector button. A drop down list with available selectors will open up. This item set shows a 10% discount off department 2000 and the selector ” Ice cream” combined.
