Deactivating instruments

Store credit instruments that for example were accidentally issued, can be deactivated.

1. Log on to your company loyalty account.

2. Navigate into Store credit > View store credits

3. Type in the number of the store credit and click Search .

4. Select the store credit by clicking the store credit number.

5. In the Action list, click Close card.
